The merchandising team will ensure a smooth handover of product and control goods until the final delivery destination. Our team provide a seamless process and stress-free experience of our clients.
The team consists of Account Handlers and Merchandise Assistants, who all ensure that live orders are tracked continuously. On a daily basis the team liaises with our suppliers and customers to monitor the progress being made on all orders. This then ensures our customers are updated conjunction with the critical path deadlines.
The Merchandising Team also works closely with freight forwarders directly, to implement a smooth handover of product and control goods until the final customer delivery destination.
